Brief (very) thoughts on SmackDown (2/13/03) Feb 13 - 10:36 pm EST

- Overall a fine show, no real standout match but nothing was really bad except maybe Dawn vs Torrie (and even that was the best match those two have had). Cena's rapping continues to impress and entertain me.
Here's where I get mad.
If WWE goes through with Kurt vs Brock next week, they're the stupidest company ever. WCW 2000 stupid here, kids. If they don't do the match, it's about the umpteenth bait and switch they've pulled since December (going back to teasing a lesbian video between Dawn and Torrie, on PPV no less). They've pretty much booked themselves into a corner that will piss people off no matter what they do, which in turn upsets ME. Personally, I don't give a crap what happens next week, I love WWE and that will never change, that's what makes me a WWE Apologist. What does upset me is the fact this will undoubtably upset a lot of people, which means I have to listen to a lot of anti-WWE talk, and brother, that's like poison to a WWE apologist like myself.
The only way out of this, in my opinion, is to do all of Team Angle (with Kurt not even stepping in the ring) vs. Lesnar or Eric Angle (Kurt said "ANGLE vs Lesnar", not Kurt vs Brock) vs. Lesnar.
