You know that green day song "wake me up when september ends"? Im guessing they are wrestling fans. I mean we are now half way through september and Raw is still sucking, Its still lame, Its still rehashed garbage week after week, its still racist storlyines, and its still scripted promos. I wonder why it is is like that? Could it be WWE is so pissed off at Spike Tv for saying no thanks to them but sure okay to TNA or could it be the fact that Spike is gonna run UFC on Monday Nights against Raw that they are willing to sacrifice a month of garbage wrestling and feuds to sabotage Spike Tv or atleast try to? I mean does it really hurt Spike Tv if RAW sucks right now... not really because in the long run... Raw moves to USA and Spike stays Spike. I mean its not exactly rocket science to know that if you constantly rehash old gimmicks and storylines and push guys who arent ready down peoples throats its gonna backfire... and not in The Rock good type of way. :) In the get him off my tv i cant stand to watch this guy for another second kind of way or xpac heat :)
Or could it be that the WWE (not very) creative team, just sucks thats bad and they honestly cant think of anything better. Hollywood writers and former WCW backstage "agents". Has Vince Mcmahon lost touch with reality or has he ever even got it? I dunno. Is Stephanie Mcmahon really the answer? Can you fire your daughter as head writer? These are all tough decisions and i think they need to make that decision right away. Think about it.. has stephanie and crew every had a genuine money making "storyline" outside of wrestlemania which always does big numbers. Hell who wouldnt pay to see angle vs hbk for the first time.
Are they bringing back the stars of the past because the "fans want us to" or is it because they need to and have to. I dunno. im guessing they feel its something that would spike the ratings up abit. I dont think it would.(and it hasnt to date) If you want your ratings to go up, i have an idea for you.. its not to hard.. its called have good shows week after week after week etc. How do you do that?
We dont need muscled up roid freaks or green very limited in the ring rookies coming in and beating established stars right away or guys who should be on the way up. I always thought that in any business you have to earn your stripes, i guess not.
They are throwing shit on the fan right now and seeing what sticks... and so far.. nothing really has stuck. And nothing will stick until they realize that the marque outside says World Wrestling Entertainment. Keyword.. WRESTLING. Thats what made WWE the monopoly that it is today, WRESTLING. People paid money to see the WRESTLING show and to be entertained for a couple hours. Basically right now WWE is giving us a big FUCK YOU!! eventho you made us(altho im thinking vince actually beleives the promo he did on raw a few weeks back a little too much) FUCK YOU!! we can say we will listen to you but in reality We wont :)
