The RAW crew was in Charlottetown, PEI last night with La Resistance over the Dudley Boys, while the Smackdown crew was in Ocean City, MD last night. The Smackdown crew is in Cleveland, OH tonight, and they tape Smackdown tomorrow night in Toronto, ON.

WWE is going to issue weekly business statistic releases on their corportate website. This information includes ratings, buyrates and live attendance figures (PDF). WWE.com spoke to Gail Kim about her "perfect debut" and title win on RAW last week. Chris Jericho is featured in a four-page story in the July issue of Penthouse magazine. Jerry Lawler was this week's guest on No Holds Barred Wrestling. Lawler discussed his WWE scheduled, writing improvements, Andy Kaufman, and his future in the business. Smackdown5.com interviewed Test about his character, angles and games.

Mick Foley's Tietam Brown hits store shelves tomorrow, and Mick will be on the Today show tomorrow at about 9:05 am promoting it. Spike Lee and Viacom have come to an undisclosed settlement that allows TNN to finally change its name to Spike TV. Spike Lee had been ordered to post an additional $2 million bond (plus the original $500,000) by Monday, but never did because of this agreement. Alex Pham of the Los Angeles Times profiled video game maker THQ, and their rebound from near bankruptcy a few years ago.

First time independent wrestling promoter Darlene 'Jersey' Brown was found dead at her Mesick, MI home Saturday from a gunshot wound. Earlier in the day, she promoted Global Professional Wrestling Entertainment Cherrymania, which she told vendors would draw 3400-7500 fans, but only drew about 120. Indy wrestler C.J. Sensation suffered a broken neck at a July 4 show in West Virginia. He's able to walk again, but the future of his wrestling career is still uncertain.

Paul Orndorff was the guest on Get In the Ring radio and discussed steroids, drugs and his battle with bipolar disorder. Jerry Lynn and Trinity were the guests on Xtreme Mayhem. Jerry Lynn discussed the Justin Credible, MLW and TNA's X Division. Trinity talked about her knee injury, Kid Kash and how she got started in wrestling. Jeff Hardy is scheduled to make his Ring of Honor debut on July 19 in a match against Krazy K and Joey Matthews. The Del Rio News-Herald has an article on lucha libre wrestler La Molé.

Jeremy Borash posted his latest Notes from the Inside column. Wednesday's PPV had a bunch of injuries: Jeff Jarrett's ribs, New Jack collapsed, Trinity's knee, and Frankie Kazarian had a sore neck. Vignettes will start this week for Chris Daniels' return, and part two of the Sting interview will air. The decision to tone down language was made internally. TNA Xplosion will debut in Worchester, MA next week, and there may be a TNA video game in the future. Three TNA videos are being put together: "TNA's Bloodiest Brawls," "The Best of the X-Division," and "The Best of TNA Ladder Matches." Billy Corgan was backstage Wednesday, and Ira Dean was in attendance. Legend had a strong debut and Bill Banks starts with TNA next week. Borash finishes by discussing his views on the best wrestling announcers, and hyping AJ Styles vs. D'Lo Brown for the NWA Title.
