Daily Rapp Up by Bryan Rapp

Quick RAW Results: Molly Holly over Trish Stratus via DQ, Test over Scott Steiner to win Stacy's services, Chris Jericho over Kevin Nash (hair vs. hair), Rosey over Rodney Mack, Christian vs. Rob Van Dam ended with Kane's interference, and Goldberg over Randy Orton.

The RAW crew was in Fort Wayne, IN last night with La Resistance over Goldust/Lance Storm and the Dudley Boys. The Smackdown crew was in Hamilton, ON last night with Kurt Angle over Brock Lesnar and Big Show, and a special appearance by Edge. Tonight, the Smackdown crew is in Sarnia, ON, and tomorrow night, they tape Smackdow in Detroit, MI with an announced match of Brock Lesnar vs. Zack Gowen with Vince McMahon as guest referee. Smackdown will air Wednesday night at midnight (until Thursday at 2am) in New York City.

Wrestlers were apparently told Vince McMahon missed this weekend's house shows due to weather and other transportation problems, but not everyone believes it. Brock Lesnar says he's honored to be on the cover of Minnesota's Legislative Manual - Student Edition, and he hopes it will encourage kids to pick it up and read it. WWE sponsored the manual as part of their Smackdown Your Vote campaign. Jazz is planning on a September 1 RAW return. IGN has a more finalized list of wrestlers included in Smackdown!: Here Comes The Pain.

Rob Van Dam did an interview with No Holds Barred radio and discussed his comic book store, working with Kane, his fans, and WWE's attempts to bury him. TSN's website has several WWE wrestler interviews, including ones with Sable, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin, Zach Gowen, and Kurt Angle. 1wrestling has Joltin' Joe interview recaps with Edge, Zach Gowen and Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin. Edge discussed Hogan, Summerslam, his surgery and his return. Gowen talked about coming into WWE, working with legends, TNA and training for wrestling. Haas and Benjamin discussed being tag team champions, Kurt Angle, and working as singles.

NWA TNA is giving fans a chance to ask wrestlers questions, and they'll even answer a few. OVW is celebrating their 10th anniversary, and WWE.com did a lengthy article on the group (as Jim Cornette mentioned they were a couple days ago). SLAM has an article on the closing of Killer Kowalski's wrestling school.

That's it for today. Thanks for reading.
