The Smackdown crew was in Winnipeg, MB last night, Los Guerreros over the Basham Brothers, and Eddy Guerrero taking on a fan that dumped beer on his head. This afternoon, the Smackdown crew was in Brandon, MB with Brock Lesnar over Kurt Angle and tomorrow they head to Valparaiso, IN. The RAW crew was in Bismarck, ND last night with Shane McMahon over Kane, and tonight they were in Peoria, IL with Goldberg/Maven over Ric Flair/Randy Orton. RAW is live from Chicago, IL tomorrow night, with Christian vs. Rob Van Dam in a ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship and Coach vs. Jim Ross for the RAW announcing job.

The Rundown finished at number one at the weekend box office. The film made an estimated $18.5 million, which was below estimates, but roughly double the number 2 movie. The Winnipeg Sun spoke to John Cena about his start in wrestling, his athletic background, and becoming a celebrity. WWE's charity autograph session in Bismarck, ND on Saturday packed the Kirkwood Mall, drawing a few hundred fans. Tickets for Survivor Series, which will be held November 16 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX, go on sale October 11.

Erik Watts and Jerry Lynn were guests on the World-Wrestling Audio Show. Watts discussed his lengthy career in WCW, WWF and NWA TNA, plus his thoughts on the wrestling business today. Jerry Lynn talked about the good old days of ECW, plus his time in WWE and WWA, and his current indy work. Raven has opened an official website. The Union City Reporter has an article on their local wrestling school the United Wrestling Alliance Pro Wrestling School, including the difference between learning there and in a backyard fed.

Authorities investigating the death of Anthony "Pitbull II" Durante and Dianna Hulsey say it's unlikely any charges will be filed over the deaths. Scott Hall was arrested for violating his probation, which prohibits him from drinking alcohol.
