There are off air notes and Heat spoilers from RAW last night, as well as a few backstage notes on the mood backstage, Foley's angle, and Shawn Michaels. Triple H has been removed from this weekend's house shows, with Chris Jericho replacing him to face Kane. Dave Scherer has an update on Kevin Nash's contract status, and it looks like if he does continue to work for WWE, it won't be as a wrestler.

Tomorrow night's NWA TNA show is a Best of 2003 broadcast. There are results from NWA Mid-Atlantic Champion Wrestling's first event in China, which is also the first American pro wrestling event there ever, and the first wrestling event since a New Japan Pro Wrestling show in 1991.
Ted DiBiase discussed some of his WWE memories, including his meeting with a young Rob Van Dam, at the recent Fan Slam Convention. Eric Gargiulo interviewed Steve Blackman last week about neck surgery, WWE's current product, Head Cheese, and his time in WWE.
