Playboy's preview for next month promotes a special Torrie Wilson and Sable pictorial, just in time to promote Wrestlemania. SLAM has a listing of upcoming WWE release dates in Canada. MTV.com has a brief mention of the nearing release of WWE Originals. Atlanta, GA's Gwinnett Center will host WWE's next RAW show in that city on March 1.

A riot at last night's IWA show in Puerto Rico brought an early end to the event with several fans being injured. Joe "Johnny Fairplay" Dalton of the latest Survivor is reportedly in serious negotiations to appear in NWA TNA soon. The Ocala Star Banner has an article on Dory Funk Jr. challenging Jeff Jarrett for the NWA Championship, at age 61, on January 25. Boston's The Weekly Dig has a review of documentary The Backyard, calling it a "must-see."

Combat Zone Wrestling will debut in Allentown, PA on January 16, and then return to the "ECW Arena" in Philadelphia, PA the next night. 3PW will hold an event on January 24, the night before the Royal Rumble, at the "ECW Arena" in Philadelphia, PA with champion Raven vs. Sandman in a TLC match. Bobby Heenan will debut for Ring of Honor as a manager on April 23 in St. Paul, MN and April 24 in Chicago Ridge, IL. OVW issued a press release for their upcoming second annual tryout camp from March 21-26 in Louisville, KY.
