The RAW crew was in Osaka, Japan today with Triple H over Chris Benoit. Tomorrow night, the RAW crew finished their tour of Japan with a show in Saitama. The Smackdown crew will be in Regina, SK tomorrow night.

Smackdown scored a 3.4 rating (5 share) last night, down from a 3.6 (5 share) last week. UPN slipped to fifth place in the overnight ratings, behind FOX and ahead of WB. Dave Meltzer has a few notes on things that were edited off Smackdown last night. Dave Scherer discussed what last night's Smackdown announcement likely means for Eddy Guerrero, as well as Goldberg's WWE future.

The Japanese tour has done well financially, but the wrestlers don't love the long travel times. Shawn Michaels and Kane are wrestling in Japan with injuries; Michaels has a sore knee, and Kane suffered a groin injury at the Hiroshima show. Shaniqua is guest news reporting for WWOR UPN 9 in New York for the next few weeks on Thursday night broadcasts following Smackdown. Sable will appear on Howard Stern's show soon to promote Wrestlemania and Playboy. The Oregonian has an article on Steve Austin as WWE heads to Portland for RAW on Monday night.

Kurt Angle was a guest on BJ Shea Experience on 100.7 in Seattle this morning discussing Brock Lesnar, Bret Hart and wrestling choreography. Trish Stratus appeared at the Siemens Conn Smythe Sports Celebrities Dinner and Auction last night in Toronto to benefit the Easter Seal Society. Trish Stratus also handed out the award for Best Sports DVD at the Canadian home video awards.

Vince McMahon was spotted hosting a birthday party for Shane at restaurant Acappella in New York. Undertaker will appear at the World of Wheels show in Birmingham, AL this weekend. Thunder Bay's Source has a review of WWE Originals, as does the Fulcrum Online, and both are relatively positive.

The Portland Tribune has an article on clowns which makes mention of WWE's Doink. Lex Luger may return to NWA TNA soon, likely at the Bound for Glory PPV in April. SLAM ran an article on Debra "Madusa" Miceli's monster truck career and the reasons she left wrestling.

MLW has postponed plans to return to Orlando, FL on February 14, and as a result, fans can receive refunds or attend the February 13 show in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, which will have additional matches. CZW's fifth anniversary show takes place tomorrow at the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, PA. The Torch has a preview of Ring of Honor's Pure Wrestling Title Tournament on February 14 in Boston, MA.
