The Wrestlemania street team spent the weekend handing out Wrestlemania XX sweatshirts in midtown New York City. Sunday Night Heat before Wrestlemania will start an hour earlier at 6pm EST on Spike TV. The March 8 RAW encore on TSN will be bumped from its usual timeslot to 3:30am EST.

WWE will officially announce their Hall of Fame inductees tomorrow at noon, but the New York Times is already reporting that Pete Rose will be among those inducted. WWE.com has an article on the end of the South African Smackdown tour, as well as one on Eddy Guerrero's first international title defenses. WWE has hired Monty Ross, formerly of the NFL, to be their new Director of Consumer Marketing.

Jesse Ventura's son Tyrel Ventura was spotted with Sean Penn last night and has worked as Penn's personal assistant the last four years.

Ring of Honor will film an empty arena match between Teddy Hart and Steve Corino on March 23 as part of an angle where Hart challeneged Corino during a shoot interview. Ring of Honor also released more information on their April 23 and 24 shows in St. Paul, MN and Chicago Ridge, IL. Major League Wrestling announced plans to sell its remaining assets to WGO Properties, an Asian based company.

SLAM spoke to CZW owner John Zandig as his promotion celebrates its fifth anniversary about their start, comparisons to ECW, and challengs to the promotion's survival. The Gary Post-Tribune has an article on midget wrestlers TEO and Puppet, who have worked for NWA TNA in the past. Montreal's Championship Wrestling Association crowned their first CWA heavyweight champion on Saturday as Dru Onyx defeated Tank.
