Edge and Maven wrestled La Resistance in a dark match at yesterday's OVW Tornado Day Spectacular. Victoria made an appearance at tonight's Houston Aeros vs. Cincinnati Mighty Ducks hockey game. Fozzy has added a Phoenix performance on May 3 in addition to their upcoming concerts in Chicago, IL, Edmonton, AB, and Calgary, AB.

The Rise and Fall of ECW DVD release has been delayed until November, however the two disc Hall of Fame DVD will be released on June 1. WWE is currently working on a Bret Hart Collection DVD, as well as DVD's for Eddy Guerrero, Chris Benoit, and Rob Van Dam. Bill Apter may be attempting to secure a job with WWE, although Shane McMahon, the head of WWE Publications, is reportedly not a big fan.

USA Today picked up the story on the flight attendant lawsuit against WWE. Some WWE wrestlers are reportedly worried about the current and future bad press WWE is receiving for some of the actions of wrestlers and inaction of management.

Canada's National Post has a small blurb on Chris Benoit's Backlash title defense in his hometown of Edmonton, AB. AlphaRx announced plans for its first national TV ad campaign with WWE Canada for its Flexogen pain relief product.

The Rock's scheduled Howard Stern show appearance was bumped until tomorrow because of an April Fools Day joke in which Stern made it appear his show had been cancelled. When The Rock does appear on Stern, he may focus on The Rock's large tattoos. A Miami radio station pulled an April Fools Day prank on the local IHOP, telling them Rock would eat breakfast there to promote Walking Tall, even giving them special instructions on how to prepare.

There are a ton of interviews with The Rock, from Alex Marvez, Associated Press, Knight Ridder, ESPN, Washington Times, University of Maryland's Diamondback, Orlando Sentinel, and the Detroit Free Press.

Box Office Mojo has Walking Tall opening in 2836 theaters this weekend, making it the fifth widest release. There are also lots of Walking Tall reviews, some good: Eye Weekly, Filmcritic.com, New York Times, and some bad: Village Voice, Quick Flicks, Winston-Salem Journal, Arizona Republic. Rotten Totmatoes has also collected many reviews of Walking Tall.

Bobby Heenan was the guest on Between The Ropes and discussed Ric Flair, WCW, Gorilla Monsoon and future books. WO has Alan Wojcik's interview with Steve Corino about MLW, WWE, Dusty Rhodes, WORLD-1 and more. Jesse Ventura will speak at Salem State College on April 15. The Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame will hold their third annual induction on May 7 and 8 in Schenectady, NY.

Last night's Americas X Cup taping with Team UK vs. Team Mexico was reportedly pretty bad. At yesterday's ROH/TNA meeting, ROH booker Gabe Sapolsky was reportedly asked to sign a document stating Feinstein was out, but he refused saying he had no official standing to do so. Sapolksy said the meeting was positive and they're close to resolving the issue. Derek Burgan at the Torch reviewed Ring of Honor's Night of Appreciation which he strongly recommends.

For April Fools Day, SLAM has an article on some of wrestling's greatest ribbers including Owen Hart and Mr. Fuji. IGN has details and a screenshot for Def Jam Vendetta II due out in Fall 2004. This season of TLC's series Faking It will include an episode with a Manhattan lawyer trying to be a professional wrestler.

Universyl Wrestling Enterprizes put on a benefit show for the Houghton Lake High School drama and athletics program on Saturday night, raising over $2000. National Wrestling Superstars took part in a fundraising event in Manville, NJ to benefit Boy Scout and Cub Scout Troops 193. All World Wrestling League will hold a show in Blissfield, MI tomorrow night featuring Sabu. Revolution Championship Wrestling will return to Princeton, IL on Saturday with "Air-borne" Vito Thomaselli defending the title against CM Punk and "The All-Star" Cru Jones.
