Smackdown scored a 2.9 rating (5 share), down from 3.0 last week. Smackdown's first hour finished in fifth place last night, while the second hor finished in fourth place. Tomorrow night's Confidential will cover the Divas 2004 photo shoot, Fabulous Moolah, Backlash hype, and Triple H vs. Mankind from Canadian Stampede.

Steve Austin and WWE were unable to come to a contract agreement and as a result have parted ways. Austin may go to Japan to work for Pride along with Bill Goldberg, possibly as early as May 8.

Triple H, William Regal and Randy Orton were guests on Byte This! yesterday with discussion about Backlash, Eugene, good wrestling, WWE 24/7, Brock Lesnar and much more. Ric Flair was interviewed on Gerry Ryan's radio show in Ireland yesterday about WWE's upcoming shows, injuries, the plane crash, and changes in the business. Droz offered his Backlash predictions in his latest commentary.

WWE called off CSWF's planned match between Ron Killings and Al Snow, and each will now face different opponents. The Cauliflower Alley Club reunion is this weekend in Las Vegas with wrestlers of all age in attendance.

TNA may be attempting to take over their wrestlers' outside bookings and then pay them a weekly wage regardless of how many shows they actually work. Buck Woodward clarified his earlier storier about Bill Behrens booking of AJ Styles with information from Bob Ryder about TNA's (non) role in the matter. America's Most Wanted will sign autographs tomorrow in Nashville, TN.

Raven's website posted photos of Raven and Johnny Fairplay at a recent Playboy Mansion party. Tomorrow's 3PW show at Viking Hall in Philadelphia, PA will feature Raven defending the 3PW Heavyweight Championship against Joey Matthews, as well as Jerry Lynn vs. Sabu.
