Despite being down in the ratings last week, Smackdown was the #1 show on UPN, finishing at #81 overall. The Smackdown crew was in Medicine Hat, AB last night. Smackdown was taped in Kelowna, BC tonight, so full spoilers should be out late. There are, however, a couple early backstage spoilers.

RAW managed to attract a sizeable crowd at the Saddledome (includes some spoilers) despite competing against NHL playoffs. There are Heat spoilers and off air notes. Bret Hart and Vince McMahon met after RAW, although Hart did not attend the show.

Chuck Palumbo spoke to WWE.com about his trade to RAW and upcoming RAW debut as a singles competitor. The Philadelphia Inquirer has an article on WWE senior vice president for North American sales Jim Rothschild and his recent visit to Temple University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management to discuss WWE's business success. Jim Ross will be the guest on Byte This! Thursday.

New Japan Pro Wrestling and Dreamstage Entertainment are both reportedly trying to sign Steve Austin to work in Japan. Ultimo Dragon is scheduled to wrestle for EMLL on May 16 in Mexico City, teaming with Vampiro, Hiromi Horiguci and Taiji Ishimor against Super Crazy, Ultimo Guerrero, Rey Bucanero and Tarzan Boy. Rush Limbaugh made a few jokes about the Clinton/Pelosi Next Generation Democratic Summit even including a picture of Hillary Clinton's head on Victoria's body.

Superstar Billy Graham was interviewed by Get In The Ring on Sunday and discussed his new liver, his book, Vince McMahon and Wrestlemania XX. Roddy Piper is among the guests at Chiller Theatre Expo this weekend in East Rutherford, NJ. Jeff and Scott Walton shared their remembrance of The Great Goliath, who died last week, with SLAM.

Tomorrow night's NWA TNA PPV will feature Jeff Jarrett defening the NWA title against Chris Harris in a steel cage, D'Lo Brown/Apollo vs. Kid Kash/Dallas for the NWA Tag Team titles, Raven/Sabu vs. Abyss/Monty Brown, Christopher Daniels vs. Michael Shane, and Simon Diamond/Sonny Siaki vs. Glenn Gilberti/Johnny Swinger. NWA TNA will reportedly pay some wrestlers for Ring of Honor shows that they've blocked them from working. NWA TNA hired former music executive Walt Wilson to head their marketing.

Mike Tenay doesn't answer any questions in his latest Ask The Professor, but he does discuss this week's show and meeting TNA fans at the Cauliflower Alley Club banquet. Kid Kash was in the hospital over the weekend for a brown recluse spider bite on his elbow. Traci showed off her trading cards and plans to start writing a column for Wrestleology.

Sean Radican previewed Friday's Ring of Honor debut in St. Paul, MN featuring Samoa Joe vs. Homicide. Derek Burgan reviewed Ring of Honor The Conclusion from November, and says it's a "must buy for any C.M. Punk fan." Ring of Honor's May 15 show in Boston, MA will include a Six Man Mayhem match with participants to be named next week.
