Quick RAW Results: Triple H vs. Shelton Benjamin was a no contest, Batista over Tajiri, Randy Orton over Edge, Gail Kim/Jazz/Molly Holly over Victoria/Nidia/Stacy, Eugene over Rob Conway, and Chris Jericho over Christian.

The RAW crew was in Fresno, CA last night with Chris Benoit over HHH, and Chris Jericho over Christian in a cage match. There are a few backstage notes from the RAW house shows on Dean Malenko, the travel, and Brian Lawler showing up late. Ric Flair was off Friday and Saturday's shows, while Molly Holly suffered from back muscle problems and Matt Hardy worked with a sore knee. The Smackdown crew was in Columbia, SC last night with Bradshaw over Eddy Guerrero via DQ. There are some Smackdown house show backstage notes about Kurt Angle being ribbed, Mordecai's preparedness and weekend business. South Carolina's The State has an article on celebrating Mother's Day with wrestling last night in Columbia, SC. Tomorrow night, Smackdown will be taped in Reno, NV.

UPN will be airing a one hour special on Eddy Guerrero's life titled "Cheating Death, Stealing Life: The Eddie Guerrero Story" on May 26. The Rock appeared on MTV's Punk'd last night in a prank which involved what he thought was his trailer being blown up. Bradshaw joining CNBC to discuss finance was picked up by the Indian press. Lance Storm answered more questions on his website about questions he won't answer, Owen Hart, Ted Turner, and fanny packs.

Republican National Committee Chairman Ed Gillespie and WWE Smackdown Your Vote! will hold a press conference in San Diego, CA next Monday to announce that Republicans are joining efforts to register new voters. WWE released more details on the Great American Bash PPV, with tickets for the June 27 Smackdown PPV in Norfolk, VA going on sale on May 22. WWE is continuing it's crackdown on tape traders that deal in footage they now own, as well as unlicensed sellers of mask replicas for WWE wrestlers.

"King Conan: Crown of Iron" writer-director John Milius reportedly wants Triple H for the title role, and even has Arnold Schwarzenegger's blessing, however Milius' and Triple H's other film "Jornada del Muerte" may be facing problems that could cause it to be dropped completely. WWE is part of a BBC documentary about Newcastle United football Kieron Dyer that airs Sunday, as Dyer attended WWE's March show in Newcastle which included John Cena mentioning him in a rap. Brad Pitt suffered an Achilles tendon injury in his fight scene with Nathan Jones in "Troy."

Phil Mushnick's latest column makes mention of Vince McMahon and the XFL and their lack of social pretense. There will be several ceremonies next week to honor the 41st anniversary of Bruno Sammartino's first title win on May 17, 1963. USA Network is reportedly working on an Owen Hart movie called "Ring of Lies" but claims it is not revenge against WWE for leaving the network for TNN/SpikeTV. The Los Angeles Times has an article on the Parents Television Council and their work against television indecency, which once made WWE one of their greatest foes.

Mike Johnson has several notes on NWA TNA, including a "power struggle" between Bob Ryder and Walt Wilson, and booking of Sabu and Japanese tours. The La Parka that attacked Raven on Wednesday was played by Del Rios aka Spellbinder.
