Smackdown was again the #1 show on UPN last week finishing at #65 overall. There are Smackdown spoilers from last night in Toronto, ON. Sable returned to the Smackdown locker room without much drama. The Smackdown crew is in Milan, Italy tomorrow night for the start of their European tour.

Summerslam in Toronto, ON got a bunch of Canadian press with articles on the boost to tourism, McMahon praise for Canadian fans, and Trish Stratus' homecoming. WWE will do a retail store promotion for Summerslam in Toronto, similar to the one they did for Wrestlemania in New York City. The Ticketmaster password for the internet Summerslam pre-sale is Toronto.

TSN posted both part of Vince McMahon's interview on Off The Record, which aired tonight and last night. There is also a recap of the interview available. The Score also did an interview with Vince McMahon which they aired throughout the day.

WWE plans to release a History of the Championship DVD at the end of the year, and they reportedly won't be interviewing non-WWE employees for the Rise and Fall of ECW DVD. Mike Johnson reviewed WWE's Hall of Fame 2004 Induction DVD and calls it "one impressive evening for nostalgia and wrestling history." Dish Network is offering a June WWE PPV special, with both PPVs selling for $59.95, a savings of about $10.

Al Snow and Bill DeMott are the latest people to play WWE True or False on topics including Heat vs. Velocity, returning to the ring, Tough Enough and Maven. Lance Storm answered more questions about a return, gimmicks, and OVW. Matt Hardy wrote a new commentary about his knee problems, the RAW tour of Europe, and his role on RAW.

Big Show will throw out the first pitch at the Toronto Blue Jays game on June 9. The Baltimore Ravens are among six teams that have some interest in Brock Lesnar. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger named The Rock the new National Spokesperson of After-School All-Stars, a national provider of after-school programs for children.

WWE signed Hardkore Kidd Aaron Aguilera and Gene Sinisky to WWE developmental deals. Les Thatcher's latest column deals with getting into WWE and the best bookers in the business. Colt Cabana will hold a pro wrestling seminar on June 26 at the Extreme Wrestling Federation Arena in Marion, IN.

Between The Ropes interviewed AJ Styles about tonight's TNA PPV, Impact and the six-sided ring. NWA TNA will hold their first Impact! taping at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL tomorrow.

Women's Extreme Wrestling debuts on June 8/9 at midnight on Philadelphia, PA's WGTW 48. The Wrestling Channel will debut a weekly news show "Inside Wrestling" on July 2 hosted by Blake Norton. Bob Sapp vacated the IWGP title and a new champion will be crowned on June 5.

SLAM has an article on this weekend's Wrestling Reunion which not only gives fans a chance to meet wrestlers, but gives wrestlers a chance to see each other again. Wrestlecon will take place in Arlington, TX on July 2-4 with guests including Ted DiBiase, Terry Taylor, Ernie Ladd, Tully Blanchard, Terri Runnels and more.
