Tomorrow night, Smackdown will be taped in Orlando, FL. WWE announced a fourth quarter profit with revenues of $126.7 million up from $105.9 million a year ago due largely to the success of Wrestlemania XX. Dale Gagne (no relation to Verne or Greg Gagne) is threatening to sue WWE over the use of American Wrestling Association and All Star Wrestling names after WWE sent him a cease and desist letter regarding the use of those names.

President Bush and Senator John Kerry responded to the national 18-30 Voter Issues Paper put together by WWE's Smackdown Your Vote, The League of Women Voters, MTV's Choose or Lose and others, and you can read their responses at the Smackdown Your Vote website. Victoria, Maven and Hurricane made a Smackdown Your Vote appearance today along with Congressman Kendrick Meek at Miami Dade College's Wolfson Campus.

IGN Sports has Undertaker's profile from WWE Day of Reckoning for the Gamecube. Rob Van Dam discussed comics with the Toronto Sun as he attended the Toronto Comicon over the weekend. ESPN aired their segment on Brock Lesnar yesterday with comments from The Rock and discussion of steroids.

Kid Kash won't be able to challenge AJ Styles at the TNA 2nd Anniversary PPV due to a broken fibula, so AJ Styles has announced an open challenge. IGN Sports has an interview with Dusty Rhodes about Showdown: Legends of Wrestling, the Bionic Elbow, gimmick matches, and NWA TNA. Combat Zone Wrestling announced they've pulled their Fake You TV from Philadelphia, PA's WGTW-48 due to recent restrictions place on their content by the station and a seeming lack of support for their show. Marvin Ward discussed putting together the previous "Night of the Superstars" card and this year's edition which will benefit the University of Virginia Children's Medical Center.

Ring of Honor and RF Video continue their split negotiations with the latest block being RF Video's desire to sell Ring of Honor merchandise. With the split nearly complete, Ring of Honor is beginning to see a return of some talent that left, although NWA TNA isn't yet allowing their wrestlers back. Roderick Strong has been added to Thursday's Ring of Honor show near Philadelphia, PA. Ricky Steamboat is off Thursday's Ring of Honor show due to conflicts in his travel schedule, but plans to make his return on July 17 instead. Ring of Honor plans to announce one change to the Code of Honor at Thursday's show.

SLAM has a bit more information on the career and death of Victor "The Bodyguard" Rodriguez who died at age 38 from a heart attack yesterday after a wrestling match in Puerto Rico. Former WWE announcer Kevin Kelly issued a statement saying that he's left the wrestling business in order to preserve his family and sanity. The San Bernardino County Sun has an article on the death of wrestling trainee Branden Starr, who died earlier this month, with comments from his mother who blames the wrestling school he attended. Olympic gold medalist wrestler Rulon Gardner discussed why he probably won't ever in be in WWE in an interview with Florida Today.
