Smackdown scored a 3.4 rating last night, up from 2.6 last week (Thanksgiving) but down from 3.7 two weeks ago. Smackdown helped UPN finish in fourth place in the overnight ratings last night. The RAW crew was in Augusta, GA tonight, and tomorrow they're in Savannah, GA. The Smackdown crew is in Worcester, MA tomorrow night.

Paul Heyman's been removed from the WWE creative team for unspecified reasons. The Rise and Fall of ECW DVD is still hard to find in some markets. Mike Mizanin posted new Tough Enough diary entries for week 5, the Tough Enough special, and week 6.

The January issue of FHM in the UK ranked Trish Stratus vs. Stephanie McMahon from September 2001 at #7 in their 50 Greatest Fights Of All Time.

Canada's The Score interviewed Triple H about his position in WWE, Pat Patterson, and his relationship with Stephanie McMahon. Triple H is scheduled for the Best Damn Sports Show Period next week. Ryan Reynolds spoke to Sci-Fi Wire about his fight scene with Triple H, going so far as to recommend everyone be pounded by Triple H.

TNA's Vice President of Marketing Walt Wilson addressed rumors about the promotion's future saying they're already making plans for their spring shows. LiquidBlue now has several TNA t-shirts available for order. TNA has the audio of a Randy Savage interview conducted by by Tampa, FL's Outlaw 92.5.

PWInsider has a couple spoilers for Turning Point. SLAM spoke to Raven and AJ Styles about their upcoming matches at Turning Point, as Styles teams with Jeff Hardy and Randy Savage against Jeff Jarrett, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, and Raven faces off with Diamond Dallas Page. Alex Marvez spoke to Diamond Dallas Page about his return to wrestling, his time in WWE, and potential injury dangers.

The Winston Salem Journal has an article on Ricky Steamboat in which he explains the reason he won't be returning to the ring. Les Thatcher covers several topics in his latest column including Dusty Rhodes as TNA booker, titles, battle royals, and the Wrestle Reunion. Steve Beverly's latest column is about the tag teams of Mr. Wrestling I and II and the Torres Brothers after speaking with Dr. Scott Johnson about his upcoming book with Greg Oliver "The Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame: the Greatest Tag Teams of All Time." Terry Funk is scheduled for Wrestling Observer Live on December 26.

USA Pro Wrestling has changed their name to USA Xtreme Wrestling, the first of what promoter Frank Goodman says are several changes to bring the company to the next level. Ring of Honor's All Star Extravaganza II is tomorrow in Elizabeth, NJ with ROH Champion Samoa Joe defending the title against CM Punk in a no time limit match. Scott Hall has been added to FUSION's debut show on December 17 in Elizabeth, NJ.

Bret Hart's website has a copy of his Toronto Star interview about Aladdin as well as his wrestling career. The London Free Press and CBC carried brief mentions of Bret Hart's Toronto theatrical debut in Aladdin which started yesterday. Red Light District issued a press release for their Joanie "Chyna" Laurer/Sean "X-Pac" Waltman sex tape "1 Night In China" to be released on December 13 with an MSRP of $39, and for the brave, there's already a trailer available.
