Last week's two hours of RAW finished #5 and #6 behind NFL, The Librarian: Quest for the Spear, SpongeBob SquarePants and Fairly Odd Parents. Dave Meltzer has details on the rules for the Tough Enough Dixie Dogfight at Sunday's PPV. The RAW crew is in Columbus, GA tomorrow night. Grand Forks, ND is getting their first WWE show in about four years, a RAW brand house show on January 15.

Kurt Angle, Al Snow, Mike Mizanin and Daniel Puder were the guests on Byte This yesterday with Angle discussing his invitationals, Tough Enough, and his neck, Snow talking about Tough Enough, the Dixie Dogfight, and Maven, and the Miz and Puder discussing the Tough Enough finals, the competitions, and the PPV. Paul Heyman commented on his WWE status as part of an interview for The Stranglehold saying he's never sure what his status is because it changes so much. Carlito Carribean Cool is in the UK promoting Armageddon with appearances on talkSPORT and Sky Sports. TSN's Sportscenter showed footage from the 21st Annual Sports Celebrity Festival which included Edge playing hockey with kids.

IGN has an interview with Big Show about his love of games, Armageddon, his size, and Andre the Giant. The Atlanta Journal Constitution has an interview with Kurt Angle about returning to Atlanta, transitioning to professional wrestling, and his fight with Eddy Guerrero. inDemand has posters for both New Year's Revolution and the Royal Rumble. The Fort Belvoir Eagle has an article on WWE helping with USO care packages with comments from Orlando Jordan and Miss Jackie about helping. Phil Musnick took another shot at WWE over steroids and their upcoming trip to the Middle East.

Singapore's Electric New Paper has an article on Triple H's role in Blade Trinity, and according to the article, Triple H has received more movie role offers after his work in this movie, but they're all for comedies. Blade Trinity is expected to do over 36 million in its five day opening weekend. Trish Stratus will sign autographs on Saturday at the MuscleMag International Superstore in Scarborough, ON to promote her January 2005 Oxygen magazine cover. PWInsider has photos of new WWE action figures available at Ringside Collectibles.

Between the Ropes interviewed Jamie Noble about his WWE release, cruiserweights, Nidia, and his future. Between the Ropes also interviewed Elix Skipper about his Tightrope Rana, how he plans a match, his background and more. Interactive Interview had Diamond Dallas Page as a guest and spoke to him about TNA, wrestling vs. managing, the Diamond Cutter, WWE and more.

SLAM has an article on the upcoming Sabu tribute benefit show with comments from the organizers and wrestlers about the reasons for it. Sabu's been added to the WrestleReunion convention in Tampa, FL in January. Mick Foley will debut for USA Xtreme Wrestling, formerly USA Pro Wrestling, on February 26 in Bethpage, Long Island, NY. Jersey All Pro Wrestling's Season's Beatings is tomorrow in Rahway, NJ with Danny Maff vs. Samoa Joe.

Minnesota's Fairmont Sentinel has an article on Ross Bernstein's new book "Grappling Glory" covering Minnesota wrestling with forwards by Jesse Ventura and Verne Gagne. Scott Bowden reviewed several wrestling books including Dave Meltzer's Tributes II, Harley Race's King of the Ring, and the Death of WCW. Canada's Tandem has another article on Bret Hart in Aladdin as the Genie. Joe "Animal" Laurinaitis's son James Laurinaitis won the Mr. Football of Minnesota Award for 2004 for his defensive play which included 197 tackles in 14 games.
