There are Smackdown spoilers from last night in Nashville, TN. The Smackdown crew flew to the Middle East after last night's Smackdown taping. WWE issued a press release on the $1,000,000 Tough Enough finale airing tomorrow on Smackdown. WWE posted their January monthly highlights for WWE 24/7 (matches) which have a Royal Rumble theme, as well as their list of monthly themes through September.

Shelton Benjamin signed autographs in Grand Forks, ND yesterday and discussed his transition from amateur wrestling to professional. WWE's December spotlight is on Triple H, with a bio, facts, and more. WWE added the WWE Tag Team Championship history to their title histories. Lance Storm's latest commentary is actually a repost of his commentary on leaving ECW for WCW.

Triple H was on Howard Stern's show this morning to discuss Blade Trinity, The Rock, Hogan, Chyna, and more. Trish Stratus appeared on ESPN 2's Cold Pizza this morning to talk about her Oxygen magazine cover, losing the title, comedy and more. Chris Jericho's Off The Record appearance is scheduled for January 13.

Shawn Michaels is scheduled to return early next month to WWE's house shows. WWE published the password for the Hall of Fame ticket sale starting on Saturday. WWE's Smackdown vs. RAW lost out to Mortal Kombat: Deception in the "Best Fighting Game of 2004" category at the Spike TV Video Game AWards. SLAM's Dale Plummer did not like WWE's latest theme CD when he finally received it for review.

One of the Memphis, TN police officers accused of planning to rob Jerry Lawler has now been indicted on federal child pornography charges. Steve Austin's ex-girlfriend Tess Broussard allegedly has some role in a federal prostitution investigation. Delta Airlines shows a Brooke and Hulk Hogan segment along with her music video during their current in-flight entertainment.

The Sleepy Eye Herald Dispatch has a brief review of the book Grappling Glory by Ross Bernstein covering Minnesota's extensive wrestling legacy. SLAM has an article on wrestling documentary Slam Bam which looks at the reality behind fake wrestling as it premieres December 19 on Canada's Discovery Channel. IWA Mid South cancelled their Evansville and New Albany shows due to costs. Jimmy Hart's been added to the WrestleReunion weekend next month in Tampa, FL.
