WWE is doing a back to back RAW and Smackdown taping in the same night in San Jose, CA on January 31, with RAW at 6pm and Smackdown at 8:30pm. WWE is reportedly planning to run an ECW PPV on June 5 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, NY.

Josh Matthews' new Velocity partner is former Kansas City sportscaster Steve Romero. Next week's UK airing of Smackdown will be a Best of 2004 show rather than the show taped in Iraq.

Daniel Puder was on Fox & Friends this morning to discuss Tough Enough, the Royal Rumble, and his plans for the money. Mike the Miz Mizanin posted his final Tough Enough diary entries for Armageddon and week 8.

The San Francisco Gate has an article on West Coast Wresting Alliance and the relationship between small indies and large promotions like WWE. FUSION debuted last night in Elizabeth, NJ with the SAT over Ultimo Dragon/Fuego, and Scott Hall over Marty Janetty. Full Impact Pro Wrestling was in Lakeland, FL last night with Homicide over Spanky to retain the FIP title. Jess McGrath has more indy notes on Apolo's wife, IWA Mid South, USA Championship Wrestlin, All Pro Championship Wrestling and more.

That's it for today. Thanks for reading.
