Smackdown scored a 3.4 rating last night. In the overnight ratings, Smackdown kept UPN in fifth place ahead of WB. WWE is advertising a dark match for RAW in Oklahoma City, OK on January 24 of Randy Orton/Chris Benoit/Chris Jericho vs. Triple H/Batista/Edge. In addition to joint brand shows in San Jose, CA and Anchorage, AK, WWE will run a RAW and Smackdown house show in Hawaii on February 1.

WWE held a press conference in Japan today to promote the upcoming RAW and Smackdown tapings with a Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle face-off. TNA issued a statement on their website that Chris "Abyss" Park is no longer with the company. The Wrestling Channel and TNA signed a new contract to bring new episodes of Xplosion, Impact and PPVs to The Wrestling Channel starting with TNA's Turning Point PPV from December.
