Last week's two hours of RAW finished #3 and #4 behind Fox News' coverage of the State of the Union. RAW and Smackdown are moving from primetime to the afternoon in Australia. The Akron Beacon Journal has a brief mention of Tuesday's Smackdown taping in Cleveland, OH.

Former WWE Vice-President James Bell was plead guilty to charges he accepted kickbacks in exchange for steering licensing decisions for some WWE products. Puroresupower.com broke news of Missouri's recent House Bill 600 which requires licensed visiting wrestlers to pay income tax on money made in the state and the fact that several dozen WWE wrestlers have had their licenses suspended as a result of not filing. Dave Meltzer says WWE is aware of the problem and attempting to resolve the issues so it's unlikely it'll have any impact on their plans for the state.

Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson visited sailors at Naval Station Pearl Harbor on January 27 to promote last Tuesday's dual brand house show. The Rock says he'd kiss a man on screen, but only if he had good oral hygiene. The Minnesota Star Tribune picked up on the Brock Lesnar lawsuit with comments from his lawyer and NFL agent. John Cena has reportedly been discussed as a possible lead for a Predator sequel.

The Rise and Fall of ECW DVD sold another 2570 copies last week, and it may outsell Wrestlemania XX within a couple months to become the WWE's best selling DVD. Wrestlemania 21 will be released as a 2 DVD set. IGN posted parts two and three of their look at Wrestlemania 21 for the Xbox's career mode and create-a-wrestler. IGN also published a new rivals feature with Chavo Guerrero and Charlie Haas for their countdown to Wrestlemania 21.

The New York Daily News mentioned Candice Michelle's Howard Stern show appearance this morning. There are screen captures (nudity) of Candice Michelle available online from an episode of Cinemax's Hotel Erotica, as well as some other nude photos. Former WWE diva/ninja Tori reportedly appeared as a dancer on an episode of The Best Sex Ever.

The Wichita Thunder are baffled by lagging attendance as even an appearance by Mick Foley didn't help boost numbers. The Queens Chronicle has an article on the life of 99 year-old former professional wrestler Abe "Hebrew Hercules" Coleman who dealt with anti-Semitism as one of the few Jewish athletes of the era. Wrestler and former Marlborough, MA mayoral candidate Christopher Antal was in court yesterday to face intimidation charges resulting from a 2004 incident involving his "Pro Wrestling Monthly" show.

Between the Ropes interviewed Christopher Daniels about AJ Styles, Turning Point, TNA's future, ECW and more. Florida's Herald-Tribune has an article on Future Stars of Pro Wrestling's tsunami victim benefit show scheduled for Saturday in Ellenton, FL. SLAM has an article on Michael Moody's new documentary 101 Reasons Not to Become a Pro Wrestler and some of the problems the documentary hopes to address.
