The RAW crew is in Corpus Christi, TX tomorrow night. Last week's two hours of RAW finished #1 and #4, with SpongeBob SquarePants and Monk at 2 and 3. WWE officially announced the location of Wrestlemania 22 would be the Allstate Arena in the Chicago, IL area. WWE posted some past Piper's Pits to promote the Wrestlemania 21 Piper's Pit with Steve Austin. Impact Zone Wrestling announced WWE signed Gregg "Jack Bull" Groothuis to a developmental deal.

The Tampa Tribune has an interview with Mick Foley about Wrestlemania, working indy shows, his retirement and more. Get In The Ring interviewed Rob Van Dam about his injury, Smackdown, DVDs and more. Rob Van Dam posted a new commentary on his website covering upcoming appearances, his comic book store, and his knee. Christy Hemme posted a note to fans on her website, and divas Joy Giovanni and Rochelle Loewen also both have websites.

SLAM has a review of Are We There Yet?, WWE's new book of travel stories. WWE is giving away free copies of Royal Rumble 2005 with a $75 purchase and the use of the ROYAL05 code on their Shopzone website. John Cena is on the cover of the April edition of Men's Fitness. Chris Jericho's XM Radio show The Rock of Jericho debuts this Sunday at 8pm. Fox Sports has an article on What if athletes had their phones hacked like Paris Hilton, including Triple H.

Mark Henry suffered a leg injury in OVW which will keep him out of the ring 6-8 weeks. Matt Hardy and Lita have reportedly ended their four year relationship, and Matt Hardy's website "Mattfact" may be referring to that. Hurricane briefly mentioned the Matt Hardy/Lita situation on his website, giving a plug to Matt's site. Daniel Puder will ride in the third annual Lunar New Year Unity Parade in Cupertino, CA on March 12 which kicks off the city's 50th birthday celebration.

The Rock appeared on Comedy Central's Daily Show last night to promote Be Cool, but he also discussed transitioning from wrestling, Iron Sheik and his next movie Doom. The Rock and Bruce Willis had a staredown on TRL that ended in a kiss. The Rock was on Opie and Anthony's XM Radio show and Drew and Mike in Detroit this morning to promote Be Cool.

The New York Post says that "Thanks to the Rock, "Be Cool" could be a gay cult classic in the making" and The Rock is becoming a favorite of the gay community. Not all reviewers liked The Rock as a gay bodyguard, though. Coming Soon interviewed The Rock about Be Cool, and the transition from wrestler to actor.

Michael Shane may be forced to change his character name due to WWE's signing of the Shane twins, and TNA has already updated his profile by removing Shane from his name. Billy Gunn is also no longer the New Age Outlaw, but just the Outlaw. Lance Hoyt has re-opened his website.

TNA has mid week notes on Destination X, Apolo, Larry Zbyszko, Blue Collar TV, Eurosport and more. Tuesday's NASCAR Nation on the Speed Channel will run a segment on Jeff Hammond's Against All Odds match. Cyberspace Wrestling Federation will return to Wayne, NJ on March 26 with champion Slyck Wagner Brown vs. Ron Killings.

Celebrity Justice has a story on Hulk Hogan's pet related legal troubles. Paul Ellering discussed how he helps blind Iditarod racer Rachel Scdoris. Virginia Tech is trying to raise their profile by bringing in guests like Jesse Ventura to speak. Hillsborough county commissioner and former wrestler Brian Blair helped honor Wade Boggs following his election to the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Combat Zone Wrestling will return to the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, PA on March 12, and they're expected to announce they'll run a double header on June 11 in the same location. Wrestlers in Greenville, NC will hold a fundraiser for Staton House volunteer firefighters on Saturday.
