Smackdown scored a 3.5 rating last night. Smackdown kept UPN in fourth place last night ahead of FOX and WB. WWE officially signed Dionicio "Nicho" Castellanos to a contract.

Planet Gamecube and IGN have early previews of the upcoming Day of Reckoning 2 for the Gamecube. IGN also has a preview of Smackdown! vs. RAW 2 with its many new features. IGN Filmforce collected some of their WWE related news stories in a special Wrestlemania feature. IGN DVD also has a look at WWE wrestlers' films on DVD.

The Associated Press ran another story on Wrestlemania with comments from John Cena and Vince McMahon. There will reportedly be a 30 man battle royal at Wrestlemania with 15 wrestlers each from RAW and Smackdown, although it may take place on Heat. Maven and Ron Simmons took part in a junior high school assembly yesterday in south central Los Angeles.

SLAM spoke to Eddy Guerrero about his title run, hopes for another, Wrestlemania and his past demons. Steve Austin appeared on tonight's Dennis Miller show to promote Wrestlemania and discuss his movie projects.
