There are off air notes from last night's RAW in Atlanta, GA. The Deep South Wrestling roster attended RAW backstage last night. Smackdown was taped in Columbus, GA tonight with a few matches announced ahead of time.

WWE.com has a mini-site for Saturday Night's Main Event. Former WCW announcer Christopher Cruise wrote an editorial for the Torch saying Joey Styles isn't up for the job of WWE announcer. Hacksaw Jim Duggan may become a recurring character, possibly in a team with Goldust. India's Rediff.com has an article on John Cena's upcoming visit to India as part of a promotion for Ten Sports.

The Sun's Lilsboys hosted a webchat with Matt Hardy in which he answers questions on Edge/Lita, WWE over TNA, Smackdown and more. Reports that Scotty Too Hotty was backstage at Impact are not true although he did have dinner with several former WWE wrestlers who now work for the company. Columbia, SC's WTCB 106.7 is holding a charity auction with Ric Flair and WWE donating a signed chair and book. WWE showed off new interactive TV technology to allow viewers to order products and shows directly from commercials. Verizon launced FIOS TV in Beaumont, CA including WWE 24/7.

Trish Stratus' RAW boyfriend was a model hired for the show. Trish Stratus is on the cover of this year's Divas magazine. Candice Michelle appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night to discuss her Go Daddy commercial and her other job with WWE. DailyCeleb.com has some photos from the Lingerie Bowl 2006 with Christy Hemme, and Diva Search contestants Leyla and Elisabeth.

SLAM has an article on Misty Haven, Shawn Demers and Michael Von Payton's recent return to their high school as part of a show to benefit the high school's rugby team. Joel Maximo was stabbed yesterday in a mugging attempt and is currently hospitalized in Queens, NY. Joanie Laurer has signed on with VH-1 for a new series called "Surreal Life: Fame Games" where she'll compete with other alumni from the show.

TNA scored a 0.7 rating on Saturday, down from their average. Spike TV held a conference call today with Samoa Joe and Dixie Carter, with Joe discussing storylines, TNA, and fan support, and Dixie Carter discussing Monday vs. Thursday, house shows, video games and more. TNA has a new Outside the Ring with Konnan.

TNA will post backstage photos and results from Sunday's Against All Odds PPV on their site starting Sunday afternoon. Christopher Daniels' DVD "Heaven Sent, Hell Bound" ranked #8 on Billboard's sports/recreational DVD sales chart last week. TNA's Cassidy Riley is auctioning off even more items to benefit Hurricane Katrina victims. Samoa Joe is over his staph infection.
