WWE confirmed Wrestlemania 23 will take place at Ford Field in Detroit, MI. WWE issued a press release stating Wrestlemania 22 was the highest grossing one-day event ever at Allstate Arena with $2.5 million in ticket sales and 17,155 people in attendance. WWE held their Bacon, Bagels and Biceps Brunch this morning with lots of current and former wrestlers in attendance. WWE paid for wrestlers' hotel rooms for tonight, and for the RAW crew tomorrow night. Hulk Hogan left Chicago, IL this morning as he said he would on Bubba the Love Sponge's radio show.

Mike Mooneyham interviewed John Cena about main eventing Wrestlemania, chasing vs. holding a title, and his popularity with crowds. Monday Night Mayhem interviewed Bobby Heenan about the Hall of Fame, announcers, Wrestlemania and more. Randy Orton signed autographs in Schaumberg, IL yesterday for at least 500 people.

IWA Puerto Rico owner Victor Quinones was found dead this morning at age 48, apparently from natural causes, after attending last night's IWA show. Ring of Honor was in Chicago Ridge, IL last night with Bryan Danielson over Lance Storm. UWF and TNA were in Martinsville, VA yesterday for a NASCAR themed wrestling show.
