There are off air notes from WWE vs. ECW last night, and the wrestlers enjoyed it too. British viewers lost WWE vs. ECW Head to Head's live feed about 3 minutes into the show, however it returned about 40 minutes later during John Cena's promo. WWE is still working to get a clearance in Canada.

Vince McMahon was reportedly thrilled with WWE vs. ECW. Vince McMahon gave announcers lines to use against each other last night during the special, while Tazz and Jerry Lawler worked stiffly with each other due to the proximity of the cameras. There's concern within WWE that fans aren't taking Funk and Dreamer seriously as in-ring threats. There's confusion among WWE and their venues regarding upcoming ECW show dates and locations.

Paul Heyman was on Philadelphia, PA's 91.4 radio this evening discussing ECW, TNA, and Eric Bischoff. ECW.com is calling wrestlers wrestlers rather than the traditional WWE name Superstars. ECW.com spoke to Paul Heyman about his efforts to recruit Rey Mysterio Jr. ECW.com spoke to Joey Styles about his return to TV as the voice of ECW.

Edge told WWE.com he doesn't care who he faces at Vengeance as either way he'll beat them. Eighteen Visions' song Victim will be the theme song of Vengeance. ECW One Night Stand II will be released on July 11 as a two disc set.

The Undertaker was a guest DJ on XM radio yesterday. Several WWE wrestlers made a video for baseball's Travis Hafner to celebrate the opening of his Pronkville seating section. Driver Jeremy Mayfield discussed meeting wrestlers with Nascar.com.

WrestleCrap established a John Tenta memorial fund to benefit his family. ESPN.com noted the passing of John Tenta. Alex Marvez interviewed Cowboy Scott Casey about the Cauliflower Alley Club, his career, WWE and more. Regular independent wrestling may be coming to Fairbanks, Alaska.

TNA published a list of upcoming DVD releases for 2006. Entertainment Weekly had some unkind words for The Rock's Southland Tales. Rochester's WROC interviewed Lex Luger when he returned to his western New York roots. Sports Illustrated has a Q&A with Jack Black about Nacho Libre, lucha libre, and athletics.
