There are off air notes from last night in Memphis, TN. Canadian fans saw RAW in its entirety including the overrun. TV Guide mentioned ECW as a highlight. Smackdown was taped in Nashville, TN tonight, so spoilers should be out soon.

WWE officially announced Booker T vs. Batista at Summerslam. WWE is expected to announce office changes soon with Michael "Simon Dean" Bucci taking over Tommy Dreamer's role as head of the developmental program so Dreamer can wrestle full-time for ECW. USA issued a press release on their continued #1 cable rating due in part to WWE. The SEC asked THQ for documents and information related to its stock option grant practices from Jan. 1, 1996, to the present as part of its investigations in to more than 80 companies.

SLAM spoke to Victoria about injuries, divas, her career and more. The Richmond Times Dispatch has an article on Mickie James and her love of horses. WWE.com interviewed Erica about her elimination and the difficulty of the Diva Search. Some people backstage were reportedly glad Erica was the one eliminated.

Vince McMahon was reportedly very upset with the re-release of the study on wrestling and violence. Vince McMahon's anger may have been in part due to frustration with Hulk Hogan and his injury. Socko Energy announced a new licensing and promotional partnership with WWE put together by Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment. Eric Bischoff's autobiography, scheduled for an October 3 release, will be promoted by WWE.

Hulk Hogan appeared on Live with Regis and Kelly this morning to discuss Hogan Knows Best, wrestling, injuries, Pokemon and more. Chris Jericho appeared in a X-Play TV G-Spot answering various questions. Mick Foley threw out the first pitch at the Binghamton Mets game a few days ago.

Christy Hemme's latest Hemme Powered column discusses the annual Sturgis Bike Rally which she's attending. SLAM spoke to Larry Zbyszko about his feud with Raven in TNA. Sting will host an episode of TBN's Praise the Lord in late September.

The Torch has a list of upcoming Ring of Honor line-ups. Tod Gordon and Pro Wrestling Unplugged announced Hayabusa will make an appearance on August 19 in Philadelphia, PA.
