Pat Patterson will be released from a Montreal hospital tomorrow following recovery from emergency heart surgery on August 6. The Medic Donald Lortie passed away on August 5 at age 75 from congestive heart failure. SLAM has a profile on wrestler Kurt Von Stroheim who passed away earlier this month from a heart attack.

There are live notes from last night's TNA Impact tapings. Monty Brown is still in contract negotiations with TNA but many apparently don't expect them to work out. Hard Justice is reportedly the last planned appearance for Sirelda, but she may return later. LAX's Hernandez signed with TNA yesterday.
