At approximately midnight Eastern time on Sunday night/Monday morning, fourteen hours before police discovered Nancy Benoit's death, a user with a Stamford, CT-based IP address (69.120.111.23) edited Chris Benoit's Wikipedia entry noting he missed Vengeance due to her death. It's not clear whether someone had inside knowledge, possibly from Chris Benoit, about the situation before police discovered it, or whether it was just an eerie coincidence. The Stamford, CT-based IP address made several other, mostly negative, edits in recent months including one to clean up Chavo Guerrero Jr.'s entry. Investigators are attempting to discover who was behind the IP address, which is from the city WWE headquarters is located, although it is possible the user was using a proxy or other means of hiding their true address.

The Drug Enforcement Agency and local sheriff's office raided Chris Benoit's physician Dr. Phil Astin's office last night seeking records related to prescriptions found in Benoit's home. TMZ.com posted documents on Chris Benoit's doctor's troubled past which included a suspended license in 2001. Atlanta, GA's WSBTV posted what may be the last photo of Chris Benoit taken at his doctor's office on Friday by a fan.
