This week's Smackdown will be main evented by Matt Hardy/MVP vs. Rey Mysterio Jr./Finlay.

After concerns about not being paid for the WrestleFanFest, several wrestlers staged a sit-in before the promoter's wife showed up with cash and checks to pay the wrestlers. Great Muta defeated Steve Corino and Sandman in the main event of last night's WrestleFanFest show in San Franciso, CA. Ring of Honor debuted in Las Vegas, NV last night with Chris Hero winning the Survival of the Fittest 2007 Championship. Lex Luger is reportedly still hospitalized at Stanford University Medical Center.

The Rock's Game Plan managed to finish #3 last night with a 22 day total of $63.5 million. The new American Gladiators hosted by Hulk Hogan will begin taping next month in Culver City, CA. Lanny Poffo will be Wrestling on the Water, on a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship, next summer. Jim Brunzell will appear on Hillbilly Jim's Moonshine Matinee radio show on November 3.
