There are Smackdown spoilers from last night in Bakersfield, CA. RAW scored a 3.7 rating (3.7 / 3.8), up from last week's 3.5. ECW scored a 1.2 rating, down from recent weeks. Last week's two hours of RAW finished #2 and #5 with NFL and SpongeBob SquarePants filling in the rest.

Stephanie McMahon spoke at today's funeral for Fabulous Moolah in Columbia, SC, while hundreds of people attended the visitation last night. CNN posted an edited transcript of their interview with the McMahons for tonight's wrestling special. The Advocate interviewed Batista about his new book, his lesbian mother and friendship with Pat Patterson. The Sun published some excerpts from Batista's book in which he discusses trying to setup a title win for Eddy Guerrero shortly before his death.

Survivor Series will include CM Punk defending the ECW title against The Miz and John Morrison. Nick Hogan turned himself in to authorities to face multiple criminal charges related to his August car accident. TMZ has Nick Hogan's mugshot, and Tampa Bay Online has video of Nick Hogan being escorted by police officers. Nick Hogan was released this afternoon on a $10,000 bond. The Hogan family issued a statement responding to the charges being filed, and stressing the need for people to wear seatbelts.

CNN aired their Death Grip: Inside Pro Wrestling documentary tonight focusing on Chris Benoit with appearances by Dynamite Kid, the McMahons, John Cena, CM Punks and many others. The Beaumont Journal has an article on Booker T's Pro Wrestling Alliance as they'll hold Bash at Beaumont on November 17. In Your Head interviewed Chris Jericho about his book, feedback on the book, SMW and more. James Guttman interviewed Too Cold Scorpio about the ups and downs of working for Paul Heyman. Axl Rotten spoke yesterday at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine for 15 minutes about drug addiction experiences and treatment.

Shawn Daivari will be appearing at RingsideFest this weekend. Stacy Keibler will be appearing in an upcoming episode of ABC's October Road. Lex Luger is still hospitalized and unable to walk. Weldon Johnson, co-author of Chokehold, commented on new revelations about one time wrestling promoter Jim Barnett. SLAM has a look at the new wrestling based comic book Headlocked by Michael Kingston.
