Nick Hogan's driver's license was suspended for two years for his August accident and his failure to pay a traffic ticket. A 2005 video of Linda Hogan drag racing another vehicle with Brooke in the passenger seat has surfaced, although Linda McMahon denies it. Lawyers for Nick Graziano's family had a strong reaction to the video saying it might become a factor in their civil suit against the Hogans.
