WWE announced their 2008 first quarter results with revenues totaling $162.6 million, up from $107.4 million in the same quarter last year, with a revenue of $27.1 million ($19.5 million net), up from $20.6 million ($15.1 million net) in the same quarter last year. WWE's 2008 first quarter results included Wrestlemania 24, however Wrestlemania 23 occurred in the second quarter of 2007. WWE held their earnings conference call today with discussions on TV rating declines, Wrestlemania talent costs, WWE.com competition and more.

WWE announced Wrestlemania 24 received 1,058,000 bus for a revenue of $23.8 million, down from last year's 1.2 million buys with a $24.6 million revenue. WWE may announce Wrestlemania 25 on-sale details in June when they return to Houston. July's Great American Bash PPV goes on pre-sale tomorrow with code WWELIPPV.

THQ reported a net loss of $35 million for their 2008 fiscal year. THQ and JAKKS Pacific announced a new WWE Legends of Wrestlemania video game for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 scheduled for release in March 2009.

WWE.com spoke to several current and former ECW wrestlers about ECW's 100th episode tonight.
