Mitsuharu Misawa may have died as a result of cervical spinal cord damage. ESPN reported on the death of Mitsuharu Misawa on Saturday. Ring of Honor issued a statement on the death of Mitsuharu Misawa who wrestled there a few times. Japanese referee Ted Tanabe passed away over the weekend after a heart attack.
